Unter dem Motto “Mehr Bewegung - jeden Tag 3.000 Schritte extra” - wurden die Schritte von Bibliothekaren gezählt… was kam dabei raus?!

(…) So erreichen Bibliothekarinnen und Bibliothekare im Auskunftsdienst durchschnittlich 4.200 Schritte und in den Stadtteilbibliotheken 5.500 Schritte. Die Assistentinnen und Assistenten an der Verbuchungstheke für die Ausleihe und Rücknahme gehen gerade mal 3.600 Schritte.

vielen Dank für diesen herrlichen Beitrag in einem herrlichen Blog - mal wieder zum Thema: Buchhändlerin.. Bibliothekarin.. ist da etwa ein Unterschied?!?!

“Buchhändler” ist ein anerkannter Beruf. Mit Ausbildung. Mit Prüfung. So richtig. Und ebenso real wie Bäcker, Polizist oder Zahnarzt.

Trotzdem kennt man den Spruch: “Ach, das ist ein richtiger Beruf?”

So beliebt wie der Spruch, ist die Verwechslung mit anderen Berufen. So wurde ich doch, tatsächlich, als BuchHALTERIN verheiratet. Oder man bekommt folgende Szene präsentiert:

Kundin: “Ich suche da ein Buch. Ich weiß keinen Autorennamen und keinen Titel *kicher*…. Ich weiiiiiß, das ist das Schlimmste für Bibliothekarinnen wie Sie.”

Hm. Nö. Fehlende Titelinformationen gehören zum Tagesgeschäft. Aber ich bin keine Bibliothekarin. Die arbeiten ein Gebäude weiter in der Bibliothek.

Und ja, bei uns wird auch öfter probiert, Bücher auszuleihen. *g*
